After the civil war in 1967, Nigerians became polarized and the country is till nursing the negative impacts of the post civil war experiences. The post civil war saw young people who were given birth to years after raised in sentiment filled society that continues to rift apart the soul of a once peaceful and solidarity filled country who fought for their own freedom. The once united Nigeria became ultimately polarized and these has not only led to prejudice amongst young Nigerians but also has led to a lot of unhealthy rivalry and blood shed on tribal and religious perspective. In addition, discriminations and nepotism t has further has been the other of the day since the civil war ended.

One common Ground for United Humanity Initiatives (1CG-4UHI) is a brainchild of Afriteens Entrepreneurs and Empowerment Network ( ATEENS) help erased the hurts and sentiments created by the civil war and been transmitted from the older generation to the younger generations. 1CG- 4UHI will help Young Nigerians to find a common ground for Social Economic growth and development among the different ethnic and religious groups of the country. The initiatives will help to enlightened the upcoming generations that diversity is beautiful. Rather than use it as a tool to further polarize the nation, it can be used as a common ground for socio economic development of our beloved nation.

SELF CREATION
 Self creation is the ability and process of creating your own kind. Self creation is one of the abilities of God. It is the ability that makes God stand out. Permit me to inform you that only five percent (5%) of humans dwelling on this marble surface (earth) knew something about themselves.  Self is the only treasure on earth that man seems to pay little attention to. This is why it is only that meager percentage that has achieved self creation. Self creation is self immortalization. It is a stage in self progression pathway in which man fulfill destiny and achieved the thought of God for himself. Self creation begins with God:
 Self creation exists in two ways:
⦁ Reproduction: This is actually the direct self creation process. This is process which involves the biological given birth to a similar species.
⦁ Mentorship: this is when you bring people up to look like you. It is a process of making people from the experience you have accumulated over time.

There are six stages in self creation. These stages are:
⦁ SELF ZERO:
⦁ SELF AWAKENING:
⦁ SELF CONSCIOUSNESS:
⦁ SELF DISCOVERY:
⦁ SELF EXPLORATION
⦁ SELF ACTUALIZATION:

Self awakening leads to self consciousness which in turn  leads to self discovery, self exploration and self actualization. Only 5% of the people even gets to the level of self awakening and about 95% are still wallowing in self captivity – self zero.

African Teens Enterpreneurs and Empowerment Network (ATEENS) is an organization founded to support teenagers in Africa in achieving their dreams. The organization is a revolutionary life transformer looking at the set of programmes and projects we have laid down. We have been putting all efforts to ensuring that this organization which is ready to impact millions of African teenagers comes to fruition. The organization is entrepreneurship based. It has the vision of training teenagers and empowering them across Africa. Teenage is a stage in the development of a child that requires attention. At this very age, young adults are subjected to many things ranging from sexual exploitation, peer pressure, abuses, and criminalities just to mention but a few. The government is doing nothing to address this fragile young people. we felt this teenage stage is quite important in the life of a child. This is the time you can give them the right orientation about life. We have the mission of establishing this organization in all the 36 states of the federation including FCT and other African Countries. Our strategies are to build a strong financial base that will help us to empower these young adults across Africa through mentorship, information sharing, networking and education to achieve their dreams. Currently, we have representatives in four (4) states: Ondo, Edo, Kogi and Osun. The organization is set to collaborate with other organizations and individuals who share in our ideologies. Now, we are in the process of constituting our teams and we are currently recruiting members across the country. Some of our plan are to start centers called TEEN EVENTS CENTERS. These centers apart from standing as a point of meeting with teenagers to be educated, it is a centre where teenagers will be trained on different modern day skills that are ICT driven. The drive to have teenagers go into agriculture, Human Rights Advocacy, Nation Building etc. is what is motivating us. In fact, in the area of agriculture, we seek to establish TEENS FARM CENTERS. This will be done with the help of experts in the agriculture domain. There are a lot to discuss here but for time and space. ATEENS has developed a blue print to raise fund to achieve these goals. I will continue to update you on this and see possible areas where you can have your input.

SPEED WITHOUT DIRECTION IS USELESS
Hi chum, we are into the last quarter year 2019. My counsel to you will be to determine your direction before the year  will end . You should know that speed without direction is a just a scalar quantity, more or less a waste of energy. Someone once said, speed is useless if you are on the wrong direction.

When your speed has a well defined direction in physics it is called velocity. I would rather you chose velocity this year - couple your speed with a sense of direction. You can get direction for yourself by creating one or walking in the one you have in the previous year. Wisdom is the principal thing here; it is profitable to direct. For you to get a good sense of direction you need your map – that is your plan for the year. Let your plan be realistic, set goals for your plans, let them be short term goals. Let your plans have duration for accomplishing them and work towards that. I tell you having a sense of direction give you the opportunity to track or trace your performances.

Don’t just soar or sail into the year like a pilot or sailor that has lost his geographical sense of direction. When you have direction, you will be able to overcome distraction caused by environmental noise. Move beyond just changing bad habit every year; move towards achieving success with your time. The reason you go into bad habit is because you lack direction. For instance, my direction for this year is to enter into the business world. Some of the plan I have is to get loan for my business; attend as many business conferences or seminars; cut on my expenses to save more money for my business; read business books; be strict about sales on credit and more courteous to customers; register my coy; set up my websites, pay up debts, invest more and lot more. These are realistic goals for the year. So if you are talking to me about anything outside business, you are already a distraction to me, I will need to avoid you; we are not in the same direction. I can’t be planning business and you are inviting me to a friend’s party, no it won’t work that way; that means you are already going to cut into one of  my plans to save and this might jeopardize my other plans. In a nutshell, sense of direction couple with accurate speed brings you to a final destination of success in the year this last quarter and as you prepare for 2019.
